Great location and beautiful facade.

Ideal location for visiting the city. Friendly staff. Room had air conditioning.

Cleanliness could have been better in general - front desk, dining room chairs and tables, rails; all are sticky. The kitchen staff was very noisy before 6 am preparing breakfast, talking loudly and with music on. Breakfast tables need more support on the bottom. Air conditioninig in room 405 needs to be more efficient.

Ok, but quite expensive for the room.

The location is great, in the heart of the city. Design typical of the colony, super cute.

Don’t have elevator. If you are on the last floor, rooms have a very small window. Rooms on the last floor lacks of internet, which works randomly depending of the day.

Good place in good location

Great location, very interesting building, and good rooms, definetely good place to stay if you want to be in old town, and in proximity of Tourist port to Islands, or even Getsemani is like 25min walking distance.

Only thing which I did not like, is that when checking out ''Tips for hotel staff'' 6% were included in the bill, I don't agree with such pratice, they advised us that if you don't want to tip, they can remove it from the bill, but in my opionion it should be vice versa, as they put guest in uncomfortable position. Tips should be voluntary, I don't mind tipping, but I hate when Im forced to, its enough that restaurants in the are do that, didn't expect it from a hotel, that's the only reason why Im not rating 10.

Its in a great location with the historic city walls. Decent value for money. Staff were lovely and helpful. Spoke great English which we were grateful for

It’s a bit tired and unloved. They have a pool but I wouldn’t have gone in it, needs a really good clean - which a shame. Rooms are clean but basic.

Nice location!

It’s this beautiful colonial house in the middle of the walled city, location is amazing close to all the cute shops and restaurants. Breakfast was so delicious. We had a great time here!

It is a bit noisy at night due to the location, you do not hear parties or people but are able to hear some honking of the cars outside. We did have a good night sleep though.

Great location and value

Location is perfect, is a little noisy if you have a room facing the street, but we slept well. Basic facilities, good value. Staying at the center in Cartagena is best.

We only stayed for one night, breakfast is good, nothing fancy, but it gets you out the door. They start at 7 am so is convenient for early tours to the islands.

Superb

Everything was generally great. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and helpful, the room is a decent size is quiet and has AC. Breakfast was pleasant and well organised.

Minor issues were that the end of the mattress had collapsed from overuse. Not an issue for sleeping, just sitting. The bathroom layout is awkward. These minor issues should not deter you from staying here.

Casa India Catalina is a great choice for exploring Cartagena.

The staff were helpful and excellent and the location was about as good as you can get. Tony in particular did a great job of making our stay in Cartagena as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

The room itself could use a bit of freshening up. it was very clean but a bit of work would take it up a notch.

Comfy, but some more vegan-friendly breakfast options would be nice.

The staff was really helpful and fluent in English (which is not at all a standard in Colombia!). Bed was big and comfy and so was bathroom. There was good air conditioning, so the temperature was very comfortable.

If you're vegan, don't expect to eat more than a few fruits for breakfast. Don't bother buying breakfast if vegan, better go somewhere outside hotel.
